NO HACKING The use of third party software to improve your game play is strictly forbidden.

NO GLITCHING Using the poor programing of a game to gain an advantage over others is likewise strictly forbidden.

BF3 SPECIFIC
ANTI-TANK ROCKETS - The use of these weapons is part of the game. But they were designed to be used, as their name implies, as anti-tank. Fortunately neither the Stinger nor the Javelin will aquire/lock on to infantry targets. However both the Russian RPG and the American SMAW can be fired at infantry. On our server, the use of these rockets against infantry targets is not allowed, and will not be tolerated. After being warned, repeat offenders caught using rockets against infantry will be kicked.

CAMPING THE ENEMY BASE - Pushing an enemy back into their base where possible, is fine. It is part of the game and an acceptable goal to quickly finish and win the round. However firing into the base to kill enemy as they spawn is a cheap tactic and not allowed on our server. Examples such as Firing Mortars into the spawn is unacceptable. So, to be clear: Firing into the spawn at any time, with any weapon or vehicle will result in a warning, then a kick for repeat offenders.

POINT WHORING - By this we mean choosing to place yourself or armour away from critical areas of attack or defence, for the sole purpose of gaining cheap points and easy kills. To do this while your team mates suffer for lack of support is a sure way to get yourself kicked.

STEALING ENEMY ASSETS - Each side is granted a certain allotment of vehicles per map and per mode. While we have no problem with stealing an abandoned vehicle - where applicable we do not condone pushing into the enemy base for the sole purpose of stealing available assets. Therein lies the distinction. Also see above: "CAMPING THE ENEMY BASE "

BC2 SPECIFIC
ANTI-TANK ROCKETS - The use of these weapons is part of the game. However they were designed to be used, as their name implies, as anti-tank. Using anti-tank weapons such as the RPG-7, the Carl Gustav (CG), or the manually guided M136-AT against infantry targets is not allowed, and will not be tolerated. Sometimes with the destructible nature of the game there are times when putting a rocket into a building is necessary. However this should be an absolute last resort, not a first option. After being warned, repeat offenders caught using rockets against infantry will be kicked.

CAMPING THE ENEMY BASE Varying per game mode.
For conquest: Pushing an enemy back into their base where possible, is fine. Camping and killing them the second they spawn, is not.
For Rush (Attacking): The enemy base cant be truly "camped" per se - as their base is actually your objective. But holding off while inside the defenders spawn/ base and not arming the M-COM stations, just to gain cheap kills - isnt in keeping with the spirit of the game.
For Rush (Defending): As defenders we do not mind if you push into an attackers base, or if you have been left behind once your base has been overrun and now find yourself in a position to kill the enemy in their spawn. However to push up there, or remain there at a stage when your own base is under attack is selfish and not playing for the benefit of your team.

POINT WHORING - Choosing to place yourself or armour away from critical areas of attack or defence, for the sole purpose of gaining cheap points and easy kills. To do this while your team mates suffer for lack of support is a sure way to get yourself kicked.

STAT PADDING - Unfortunately, BC2 allows for a variety of ways in which it is extremely easy to stat pad. However JKS feels this is cheap and disrespectful to gamers who play the rounds properly and not in keeping with the spirit of the game. Gaining points for yourself via stat padding - whether it be with a friend on the enemy side, or by yourself is strictly forbidden on our server.
