1% of the time it will lose the EA connection 3 or 4 times before it comes good.
I'm going to rebuild the PC anyway, so perhaps that will help. Your isn't caused by the pc but the router. Switch off the uPnP protocol in the router and that should fis it. Basically your dropping connection to the Master server because the router is being too "helpfull" Thanks - I'll give it a shot, but it worked for a few months & then just started doing this one day (I suppose DICE could have changed something in-game). I hate it when manufactureres make things 'helpful' I drove my parents car recently & it has 'rain sensing wipers'. Well they sensed the rain & adjusted the wiper speed, but it was always f&@#ing WRONG! Fast when stopped (screeeech, screeech), then slow when travelling (whoops, where the hell are the white lines). And don't start me on Microsnot's 'helpful' features....

Rolla - tried it last night, but it broke my Citrix connection to work, so I had to turn it back on. Then later jumped onto BC2 & no dropout (doesn't always happen anyway). Who knows what's goin' on. I'll look into it again if it's still busted after I rebuild the PC. Thanks for the help though.
