Need Guidance

So I have around $260-270 to spend on gaming peripherals (as I use a laptop that comes down to headset/mouse/mouse mat)

For mouse I was thinking, Razer Orochi:

TOTAL SO FAR = $98.75

For mousemat I was thinking, Razer Megasoma:

TOTAL SO FAR = $181.70
MONEY LEFT = $78.30 (give or take $10 dollars)

That isn't much for a headset, but surely theres one thats slightly better than a run-of-the-mill one?
At the moment I'm using a $15 one, so everything is an improvement on that.

EDIT: these are the only headphones I've been able to find. or is it possible I could purchase some headphones off a JKS member who has upgraded their own maybe?

The sound quality is amazing, if you've been using cheap headsets mate they make such a difference!

just buy a cheap mouse mat untill u can afford a good solid gaming pad all that inc postage is about 200 bucks ebay tho

Thanks Hellfire, unfortunately as I'm 16 my card doesn't count as Instant Payment, instead it counts as an 'eCheque' so I have to wait 5 days before the payment clears (this restricts me from many sites I can use, as most require instant payment... Credit Cards normally).


Deathadders look awesome too, I just thought the Orochi might work a bit better for me as I use the finger-grip and also as it is specifically made for mobile computers

EDIT -- It seems like NAB will give a visa debit to a 16 year old but other banks won't. Check them out mate.

The G9x is a very good mouse, don't waste your money on a mousemat, it's better without it! I don't use a headset, but Logitech all the way!
