Tank turret speed

As we know anyone who used the handy little program to change the tank turret speed got borked in the last patch.

Here's how to adj just the turret speed. Read it.

well according to that thread what it should say in my land file BEFORE ANY CHANGE IS "<field name="NormalizeInput">true</field>
<field name="ScaleValue">0.079999998</field>"

however in my file and backup without changing anything yet it says

"<field name="NormalizeInput">false</field>
<field name="ScaleValue">0.0099999998</field>"

ive searched the whole file and there is nothing like what is suggested in the thread, this is the closest i can find to it in the file????? im confused, suffice to say im not changing anything until i get an answer on this

apparently there is another fix if you haven't done the above settings.
set you settings for mouse, yaw and pitch as in the picture.

man just turn up ur dpi on ur mouse lol works for me lightening fast on 6000dpi
