A few things to make your Bf3 experience better.

Always use origin to launch the game not the desktop icon as you will get a "disconnected from login server" error.

There is a delay when the parachute opens so if you intend to bail from a chopper of jet go high rather than low. Also don't try and base jump off of anything higher than the first floor as this will result in a mess on the floor.

When hiding behind boxes be aware that someone can jump on those boxes and gun you down when you think you are safe.

Medics, drop health boxes every chance you get, you'll get loads of points and we'll all live longer.

Don't try and knife somone. ever. It's just not worth it. to much messing about and in HC you'll just get shot.

All the vehicles bleep when they are damaged so if your in a tank you can take a shot before you have to back off to repair. Always shoot tanks in the rear as this does more damage.

Use the orders, follow the squad leader or someone else in your squad. Capping flags is really hard on your own!
